Barcelona fans’ desire to see them immediately return to their natural home has been given a short extension, with the Blaugrana management informing members of the club that this will not happen before the spring of 2025.
The need to renovate the “Camp Nou” resulted in Barcelona moving out of their home for two years and giving “Montjuic” their home matches, with this regime expected to continue for some time to come.
This was made clear by the management of the Blaugrana addressing members of the club who have already reserved a place on the field, announcing that it is postponing the return to the “Camp Nou” at least until mid-February.

This means that the matches against Valencia (26/01/25) and Alaves (02/02/25) for the 21st and 22nd matchday of La Liga respectively will take place in “Montjuic” as well as the match against Atalanta (29/ 01/25) for the Champions League, with the first home game scheduled after February 15th being against Rayo Vallecano (16/02/25).
The Catalans also underlined that they will settle the issue with the prices of the purchased season tickets to adapt to the new situation that has developed regarding the team’s home games this season.
