In March 2022, the MotoGP legend, the beloved “doctor” of two wheels, had his first child – his daughter Giulietta – with his partner, Francesca Sofia Novello.
Last July, “Vale” made it known that Francesca is expecting their second child, and it seems that this forces the Italian to limit his playing duties for 2025.
This means that next year Rossi will not take part in the two events he participated in this year, namely the World Endurance Championship (WEC) – which includes the 24 Hours of Le Mans race – and the GT World Challenge Europe. The most likely scenario is that he only competes in the second institution, in 2025.
45-year-old Valentino, a BMW factory driver through Team WRT, told motorsport.com: “I realized that 16 races (a year) is a lot, and that I am in the same situation as in MotoGP. I’m tired, and besides, my partner, Francesca, gets angry that I’m always on the road.

A dream that Valentino has admitted to having in motor racing is to race in the top LMDh class of the WEC and Le Mans in the future: “I would love to race it hypercar, because that’s it MotoGP of prototype cars.
