The four teams above will find against them the four teams that finished second in their groups and will be placed in the second capacity group. These are:

- Italy
- Netherlands
- Denmark
When is the draw?
The draw for the quarter-finals of the Nations League will take place on Friday, November 22 at 13:00 and immediately afterwards the draw for the promotion and relegation play-offs will take place, in which the Greek National Team will participate.
