The management of Real Madrid has made the decision that the club will move to acquire more home-grown footballers in the near future.
Following the departures of Kepa, Nacho, Joselu and Rafa Marin, the number of Spanish footballers in Real Madrid’s roster has been reduced to a huge extent.
It is worth noting that Los Blancos are the team with the most foreign players in the Spanish league.
In contrast, the homegrown players counted by Carlo Andelotti are just four: Carvajal, Vazquez, Fran Garcia and Vallejo.
This number is considered unacceptable by the administration of the “Queen” and for this reason the decision was made to change the route the club from now on in the transfer market, focusing in particular on Spanish footballers, a development that is estimated to bring the team together more.
In fact, at the moment Real seems to be interested in the cases of Pedro Porro, Emerick Laporte and Rodri, however this change of strategy remains to be confirmed in practice.
