The electorate, made up of the 27 state confederations and the 40 clubs from the two main divisions of Brazilian football, has a different weighting of votes: members of the confederation’s officials have 3 points each.
The 20 clubs from Serie A deserve 2 each. and hers Series B are worth 1 each.
