Anadolu Efes achieved their fifth away win in the first ten EuroLeague games, defeating Real Madrid 74-64 at the WiZink Center.

It should be noted that the visitors were heartbroken at the end, after Rodrigue Beaubois left the match 28.2″ before it ended, with a shoulder problem.
