‘I feel supported by the coach, the staff, my teammates and the world’

Luka Vildosa spoke after the final match of Olympiakos against Maccabi Tel Aviv in Belgrade for the 10th matchday of the EuroLeague.

The red and white guard scored 10 points (2/7 three-pointers), pulled down 5 rebounds and handed out 4 assists, being valuable for Barzoka’s team.

In detail what he said to Nova’s camera:

On whether he was the unsung hero: “I try to do what the coach says. To give my best to help the team. Today I did a good job defending, but I want to mention Nigel (sr. Williams-Goss), in the end I think he took control, he hit some good shots and that’s probably why we won.”

I feel very good, confident. In the team everyone can score in every game. I feel support from the coach, from the staff, from my teammates and from the world.”

For the match: “I think we did a good job in the first quarter. In the second quarter they scored 28 points, we scored 13. At the end we controlled the game. We made big shots with Evan (sr. Fournier) and Nigel (sr. Williams-Goss) . Milutinov dominated again as always”.
