Greece caught the new Santa Fe – See how much Hyundai’s new large SUV costs

The Santa Fe is an example of Hyundai pioneering SUVs as it was the company’s first SUV. In 22 years, the Santa Fe has achieved more than 450,000 sales in Europe alone, highlighting its ever-growing popularity. The new Santa Fe promises to excite the buying public with its unique design enhancements, increased spaces and advanced technological capabilities.

The radical transformation of both the exterior and interior design prioritizes lifestyle-based functionality while increasing boot capacity. The length has increased by 45 mm, offering an even more comfortable interior and the largest spaces in its class.

The new Santa Fe has significantly more legroom for passengers, offering even more comfort. The exterior features a robust design with nice details and matching LED H-lights. The interior features eco-friendly materials such as recycled materials for the headliner and seat backs, genuine leather seat covers and artificial leather for the cushions and door linings.

With dimensions, 4,830 mm. in length, 1,900 mm. Width and 1,770 mm. height with the very useful roof rails (1,720 mm without) and with the long wheelbase of 2,915 mm, the new Santa Fe is already here and impresses, as it did at the recent Athens Motor Show. The Santa Fe features top connectivity and innovative technologies including the Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) system.

The ccNC system includes advanced connectivity features and a sophisticated graphical user interface (GUI), unifying navigation and digital instrument panel interfaces for enhanced in-car connectivity. A dual 12.3-inch display array combines the digital instrument panel and AVNT, enhancing the visual experience.

Over-the-Air (OTA) updates for seamless maintenance ensure you have the latest software. Enhanced natural language voice command recognition allows users to effortlessly control infotainment system and car functions via voice commands, eliminating the need to manually operate screens or buttons.

Safety and comfort are further increased by the presence of a HUD (Head-Up Display), which minimizes the shift of the driver’s gaze by projecting key information about the car directly on the windshield. The relaxation seat with footrest in the first row allows passengers to recline in a comfortable position, simulating the absence of gravity.

The digital center mirror offers improved rearward visibility by displaying images from a reversing camera, which is particularly useful when there are obstacles or darkness. The multifunctional console is a world first providing ample storage space and functions that facilitate both the front and rear seats.

Proactive driving assistance and safety systems prioritize safety and comfort, reducing the need for constant driver involvement. Driving Assist 2 with the ability to detect whether the driver’s hands are on the steering wheel maintains a set speed and distance from the car in front, while keeping it in the center of its lane.

The function still remains active when hands are detected on the steering wheel. Smart Cruise Control maintains a safe distance by intelligently applying the brakes and regulating speed using forward radar sensors. Smart Parking Assist helps drivers remotely enter and exit a parking space using the Smart Key from outside the car.

The system Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2 warns drivers of sudden deceleration of vehicles in front or of a possible risk of collision in front of them. The lane keeping assist system ensures that the car stays in the middle of its lane. Aimed at families, Safe Exit Assist enhances passenger safety by detecting nearby cars and automatically locking the doors to prevent accidents when exiting.

Ideal for motorway driving, the Intelligent Speed ​​Limit Assist system not only informs drivers of speed limits but also helps maintain them, using signals and data from the navigation system. New driver concentration warning systems and DDMS (driver monitoring system) actively monitor driver fatigue levels and indicators, contributing to safer driving practices.

The new drive system Gamma 1.6 Turbo Plug-in Hybrid produces 253 PS of power and 367 Nm of torqueensuring acceleration from standstill to 100 km/h in 9.3 seconds, while the top speed of the model is 180 km/h. Hyundai demonstrates its commitment to hybrid technology with advanced features such as Hybrid Starter Generator (HSG) and Traction Motor for fuel economy and optimal performance. The New Santa Fe is already available on the Greek market with a starting price of 62,290 euros.
