AEK integrates virtual training into its training

[ad_1]

In an important move, AEK decided to proceed, after announcing that from now on its players will have the opportunity to do virtual training, in order to have a more complete training.

AEK decided to follow the path that big European clubs have taken, like Realand incorporates virtual training into her training program.

This specific training modality is used to improve athletic performance, perception and memory. Equally important, however, is that it can also be used by injured people so that they can remain active while they are out of action.

It is now characteristic the example of Thibaut Courtois of Realwho benefited from this technology last season to return to the same high level after his knee injury.

As the “Union” announced, now the players of the first and second teams, as well as children from the academies, will have the training to train in this innovative way in order to improve. In fact, AEK is the first team in Greece to implement this technology.
