The Board of Directors of the SEF Employees’ Union announced the suspension of the 4-day strike they announced earlier, following the statement of the Deputy Minister of Sports, Yannis Vroutsis.
Suspension of the 4-day strike of the SEF Employees’ Union was decided in the relevant Board of Directors, after the statement of the Deputy Minister of Sports, Yannis Vroutsis.
We remind you that SEF workers announced a warning strike, demanding legislative regulation to secure their jobs, while a little later, Giannis Vroutsis stated that none of their rights will be affected in the upcoming agreement to grant the stadium to KAE Olympiacos.
Specifically, in the new announcement it is stated that following the statement of the Deputy Minister of Sports, a meeting was set with their union on Friday (15/11) and therefore it was decided to suspend the strike in order to resolve the issues at the meeting.

“Following the official statement of the Minister of Sports Mr. Vroutsis, a meeting with our union was set for Friday 11/15/2024.
Therefore, we decided to suspend the 4-day strike (14/11/2024 to 17/11/2024), with the aim of smoothly resolving our issues at the meeting.
