The Nuggets were without Nikola Jokic for the third straight game, and they have been without Aaron Gordon for a while. None of that mattered in Memphis, though, with Denver beating the Ja Morant and Zach Eddy-less Grizzlies 110-122 for the NBA Cup.
Jamal Murray led the way with 27 points, Michael Porter added 24 points and Christian Brown 19 points, while Russell Westbrook had 12 points, 10 rebounds and 14 assists, making him the first player in history of the NBA with 200 triple-doubles.
For the Grizzlies, Sandy Aldama had 28 points and 11 rebounds, with Jaren Jackson adding 19 points and Scottie Pippen 16 points.

Spurs – Thunder 110-104
The Spurs were without Victor Webaniyama (and Devin Vassell) against the Thunder, who were without Chet Holmgren. It turned out that San Antonio could handle their issues better, winning 110-104, in a match that even reached +21.
Keldon Johnson with 22 points and Harrison Barnes with 20 points led the winners, with Chris Paul adding 14 points, 11 assists and a big 3-pointer in the final.
For the Thunder, Cy Gilgeous-Alexander had 32 points and Jalin Williams had 27 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals.

Nets – Hornets 116-115
The Nets continue to be more competitive than they want to be and they showed it against the Hornets, who they beat 116-115, coming back from -17. Charlotte had a chance to send the game into overtime, but Brandon Miller’s three-pointer missed the mark in the final, with the team’s forward simply setting up the final score with a follow-up.
Cam Johnson led the way with 34 points on 6/12 3-point shooting, Jaylen Wilson added 17 points and Dennis Schruder had 14 points and 12 assists.
For the Hornets, Miller had 29 points, Miles Bridges 21 points and Tre Mann 19 points, while LaMelo Ball had 12 points on 3/13 shooting.
